All Eagles players : ) They might not make the playoffs, but that offense will score a ton. Edit: By the way, any of you guys want to start a league on ESPN?
Just did a 12 team 0.5 ppr draft. Qb: Stafford, tannehill Rb: lesean McCoy, Chris Johnson, Reggie bush, Darren McFadden, Ronnie Hillman Wr: mike Wallace, Danny amendola, Emmanuel Sanders, Markus Wheaton Te: jermichael Finley, Jordan cameron, Zach sudfeld Def: patriots K: randy bullock Thought I would throw flyers on Cameron and sudfeld at Te in hopes on of them breaks out. Both good candidates imo. McCoy, Johnson and bush were my keepers. I think I could improve on wrs, had a chance to take vjax instead of dmc, but couldn't pass up the rb. After bye weeks maybe I'll move a rb for a wr.
Ya, the only WR I like on your team (in the spot I assume they were drafted) is Amendola. And that is only if he stays healthy. I would have have went WR over DMC since you are stacked at RB and DMC is almost a guarantee to miss at least 3 games a season. Otherwise it is fine. I like the upside of your TE's. Always hard to say how your team stacks up without seeing the other rosters but I would say that is a middle of the pack team (5th to 6th) without at trade.
No one else is stacked at rb like I am. Only other guy stacked at rb has bell, miller, Murray and lacy.... I think I'll be in a good position. Hopefully dmc is healthy during bye weeks. One guy has ray rice and a bunch of backup rbs. He took kaepernick and Wilson, no idea why. Must want to try and trade one of them for a rb. Bad strategy with qb stacked this year. I think I'll be able to pick up a wr if I'm active on the wire. Always a guy like Cecil shorts that comes outta nowhere. Based on where I was at, I like the Wallace and amendola pairing. Wallace is a boom or bust guy that can get 30 in a week or 5. Amendola should be the more steady hand for me. Injuries are always possible, but that's the way fantasy football goes.
So many TE, I almost never draft more then 1, would draft two if i draft gronk. I like your team except for DMC(after owning DMC the last three years in a big money league im refusing to touch him this year), with three top 20 RBs in bush/mccoy/johnson already I'd rather have gone a WR there especially in a .5ppr league. Thats assuming your setup on the normal 2 RB/2 WR/ 1 Flex spot and normal rules, if the rules or roster spots are different then all the speculation is I'm doing is wrong. In standard drafts I like picking at the end of the first and grabbing double RB and waiting on QB until late. I'm always getting romo/stafford/wilson/Ryan in round 8/9. Not a bad idea. You are definitely weak at WR. Wallace doesn't seem to have chemistry yet and may be a bad fit for that offense due to poor route running. Amendola (if healthy) should be solid. DMC is just painful to own. He was my #1 pick last year. So inconsistent and so fragile.
Me too. The guy had to do it. He had gore, deangelo Williams and bje as his rbs. Green, Steve Johnson and Megatron were his wrs
You watching Hard Knocks? Not as good so far as last season, but I thought it was pretty funny to watch Andy Dalton check up on AJ Green in the training room and to see the coaches trying to stop James Harrison from putting his hands on "the merchandise" aka AJ Green. I think Green could have an even bigger year than last year.
Havent watched hard knocks yet. I do have hbo though so I'll try to catch it on demand. Loved last year with the dolphins
Depends how much interest we can drum up here. Maybe create a thread asking people if they wanna do one. I think haak, you, me, rhal, zybot and keeponrollin might be interested
