BBQ'ing some fresh King Salmon filets

    in a marinade of soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic and lemon. Family recipe that's absolutely delish. A side of fresh sweet corn on the cob and asparagus.

    Got some petite oysters on the barbi as well waiting to be devoured.

    Washing it down with a Third Shift Amber Lager by Band of Brewers.

    The finer things in life.

    I can't stand when people do the boring dill and lemon recipe.

    This recipe is a family one that no other recipe can touch.

    Fresh salmon too, none that farm raised store bought shit.

    I like creamed leeks over salmon. But I don't like salmon allv that much except as lox.

    OK, so king salmon are the least flavorful. Were they farm or wild?

    Neighbor just brought us 25 pounds of salmon. He just got back from a killer trip to Alaska. Was thinking about grilling some up today, too.
