    Josh Powell will work out for the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday, according to a source.

    Powell has played sevens seasons in the NBA and won two championships with the Los Angeles Lakers.

    Powell last played in the NBA in 2010-11 with the Atlanta Hawks.
