I hope they just go with Luke Schenscher.

If he signs, I'll make sure I go to a Bulls @ suns game. Hopefully he'll play. I used to love Kemp. He's still one of my fav all timers.

I hope they sign him! I like Kemp, he was one of my favouritesuntil he went to Cleveland. He has messed up in the past, but everyone deserves a second chance!

I bet he will just be like a character player. Thats all I can think Kemp can do for the Bulls is bring character

If the bulls sign him, MJ will come flying through the door: "What the F*ck?" and then in a Hank Hill voice "I'm gonna kick your ass!"

Not 3rd or 4th chance at the NBA. It's his second. Psh. And they call you a rookie of the month...I think he's the best available. This schkenskhercher guy doesn't sound too impressive, like Pat Burke-ish without the shot and probably more D. Unless Karl Malone calls and wants to un-retire and sign, then sign Shemp.

yeah!!!!! And even if he is shithouse he can giuve some experience- he's been to the finals and palyed against the best. That alone would be invaluable to a young club like Chicago.

Keep conditioning and training him to slim him down more, and keep his nose outta the funny dust, and he'll be a decent contributor for someone coming deep off the bench.

I'm stepping in as a moderator for this one and I say Case closed. He has has more than one chance -with teams but only been in the L once. [IMG]

Looks like Kemp was a no-show.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Chicago Tribune - Shawn Kemp's planned workout at the Berto Center never materialized Monday, and it's unlikely the six-time NBA All-Star will receive another invitation from the Bulls, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.Kemp experienced travel problems late Sunday night but still arrived in Chicago early Monday morning. Instead of working out with the Bulls, he traveled to his hometown of Elkhart, Ind., to visit an ailing relative.Kemp, who retired in 2003 after 14 seasons because of weight issues, also missed a planned workout with Dallas earlier this year.</div>

Kemp seems too old. I bet he won't even be able to handle today's slow-paced, one-touch foul game. Kemp is just wasting his time for trying out. I used to love the man (no homo), but he's not the same Shawn Kemp. He won't amaze any of us, unless he can still dunk on someone the same height as him.

These days, games are stalled by foul after foul. That's what I meant by "slow-paced". I don't mean that the players walk through the whole game. I mean, a game that's scheduled for only 2 hrs and 30 mins may go over to 3 hrs without even an overtime occurring. :no3: Understand what a person means before attempting to diss.
