Did they just call this the most anticipated game of the year?

The kick was blocked, but look at the effort! Look at the energy! This game is closer than you think!

 

I think the offense looks good so far. I think the defense looks like it's still learning how to play without Clay, Jordan, and Alonso.

Don't worry, the Colonels will put together another great effort on the next possession.

 

The kickoffs have not been impressive at all.

 

Agreed. This little tune-up confirms that the offense has lots of weapons to draw on. I can't honestly say we have learned much about the defense.

 

They haven't played badly, obviously they've held them to 3 points, but I see some holes. Doesn't help when Mitchell gets tossed.

 

Was that a fumble or an INT?

Man i like our second string more now than last year. One more drive like that and we might have four players with 100 yards!

 

PapaG was talking about him wearing a boot, and I think he got it off, but they might be holding him out another couple weeks...

 

Agreed. Last year our second unit struggled against these lousy teams.
