The Toronto Raptors’ roster stands at 14 after the team waived Quentin Richardson. Richardson was acquired by the Raptors in the sign-and-trade that sent Andrea Bargnani to the Knicks. The Raptors are unlikely to invite free agents to training camp to compete for the team’s 15th and final roster spot.
