    He was pretty awesome in NBA 2k10, I think I traded outlaw for him

    The suns paying him 9 million to NOT play the next two years is a pretty good indication of his current value though

    I'd rather have Joel Freeland than him. That doesn't say much for Beasley's value either.

    It's not because he's a headcase but when would we use him? He's just another talent that Stotts would need to find time for. I think it would cause chemistry problems.

    I saw a Suns/Lakers game last season where Beasley just dominated the fourth quarter and beat the desperate Lakers team. He looked like a top 10 player in the league. The talent is there but we have no room for us on our roster. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers pick him up.

    Low cost, low risk, potentially high reward. He's an idiot, but he can play basketball fairly well, and if he doesn't work out, he joins E.J. Singler in the unemployment line after training camp...

    It will be interesting to see how this plays out. With the Heat's luck he'll probably average 15/8 off the bench.

    Best case scenario is he takes Chalmers role as the team punching bag.
