    He's not very good. He had a little streak with the bat but that's over. He can't hit and his defense is suspect. That throw to Jeter was miserable and if he comes up with the Suzuki throw Ellsbury is out.

    I concur BUT..............offensively he is a bit better then Stewart. Then again......so am I.

    As you both know, I have been on the Romine bandwagon over Stewart. Mainly because that is the choice we have at this moment. I still would take Romine over Stewart regardless of the throw because he stole the base off Joba with a great jump. However, with that said, I'm all for signing Rick so we could get dugout posts between innings. No other board can offer that!!!!
