Did anyone else catch how Walt told his wife all that shit to prepare for the end? Basically getting her off the hook by admitting to everything and making it obvious that she wanted no part of what he was doing as he forced her to play along?
I have been listening to this great podcast after each episode called Breaking Good on itunes. They do a quick 20 min analysis of each episode right after and then on Tuesdays they have a crazy in depth 90 min recap. I'm a dork.....I love it. They bring up all these hidden easter eggs and theories. You should check it out FAMS!
My call on the end is Walt will go back and take revenge on the murder of Hank by killing all those hicks (notice the m60 he had in his trunk?), get all his money back, kills Jesse (Gotta put that horse down), poisons that anal chick (Without her, there is no more blue meth clients) and finally closes the chapter by dying of cancer and finding a way to get all that money to Skylar and his children without the feds taking it away from him (What he wanted from day one).
These podcasts are super dope! https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/breaking-good-breaking-bad/id448641515

The Breaking Bad subreddit is amazing if you'd rather read and maybe discuss things about the show in depth. http://www.reddit.com/r/breakingbad/
I'd love to click on that link, but whenever I've tried to go to that reddit site......it makes me cross eyed. I don't even know how to read stuff on there.
Check out this little Easter Egg...... http://www.vulture.com/2013/09/walt-pants-desert-breaking-bad.html
From that article: Falls in with that theory about Walt picking up habits from people who hes killed?
Another decent site for discussing BB. I don't post on it, but I read it at times. http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/topic/3219311-5-14-ozymandias-20130915/page-11
Gawd damn that was probably the best single episode of any TV show I've ever seen. All the shit hits the fan so quickly. I'm torn as to whether I should re-post the cool pics/gifs/theories/charts/etc. you find on there. Is it too spoiler-y or are we assuming pretty much everyone who's reading this thread is all caught up? There's a ton of cool stuff on there. Random thoughts (including spoilers): Damn Jessie is in a shitty spot. Worse than I could have ever imagined. I'm hoping like hell that he is freed. Maybe Walt saves him, whether it be intentional or as a byproduct of his own revenge on the neo nazis. Jesse's pretty sharp though and he could figure out a way himself, a lot of people think he'll kill Todd the same way he and Walt killed the guys in the RV in the first episode, thus bringing the show full circle. I also read an interesting theory that Walt could go and somehow cut a deal with the Nazis to become their meth slave in exchange for letting Jesse go. This could only work if they didn't know about Walt's cancer. BTW, the first episode of this season was called "Live Free or Die". After seeing that meth-slave lab it just seems like too perfect of a metaphor for Walt or Jesse to get stuck there and basically have to kill themselves...perhaps thats why Walt gets the ricin in the flashforward. Also I think one of the most overlooked aspect of Walter White is his basically being screwed out of all the money his college friends made from his work. I don't think he's inherently evil. In this most recent ep we see him sell Jesse up the river like we never would have imagined, yet at the same time he tries to exchange his entire fortune for Hank's life, he finally takes the blame while the police listen to absolve his wife of wrongdoing, he realizes he needs to give Holly back. This season we see Marie thinking up ways to kill Walter, Skylar lobbying to kill Jesse, and Hank perfectly fine with sending Jesse to his death during the planned meeting with Walt. But Walt continues to try like hell to save Hank and Jesse, ultimately only ok'ing the Jesse hit after Jesse goes off the deep end and threatens his family. My point being, I don't think Walt does what he does because he was born evil. He views his empire as the culmination of his hard work and genius. Hes finally successful at 50 years old and all of the resentment hes been telling himself hes letting go of over the years being a high school chemistry teacher is surfaces as a result of finally being successful. It matters less now because he lost his empire AND his family, but I think this was much more of a driving force in his decision making than simply being an evil piece of shiet. And this past episode really reminded me that he actually does still draw the line morally over certain things. Its just gotten to the point where hes lost all control of whats going on.
Possible spoilers Walt's admission to Jesse was ice cold. Walt has no love left for him. Can't see a rescue mission happening. It occurs to me that if Jesse were to do himself and Todd, there'd be no one left to cook. The Nazi's could force Walt's return by going after his wife and kids. His apparent suicide mission at the end of the show could be an attempt to save them and blow away the Nazi's. Dunno why the Nazi's don't just call it a day given that they're $69-million richer but the lab is still going on so maybe they are just trying to turn a fortune into a dynasty?
