So if you get paid for doing it you're(funny my puter keyboard guessing my next worn had 'lucky') straight?
Me. I remember that there were a few threads about Jefferson and his preference on the nets boards years ago when this was justbball
I am quite sure you are incapable of understanding a joke, although multiple other posters got it. By asking if the NBA/fans were ready for interracial relationships, I was making a joke based on the fact that interracial would be the less controversial aspect of an actual relationship between Walton and Jefferson if indeed there was one. Damn, do I really have to explain everything in words of one syllable?
You are correct. I did think you were being serious. I apologize. I deleted my post when I saw your later one saying you were posting tongue-in-cheek.
Why do I get the feeling if I posted a picture of two guys sitting together and called them gay that CrandC and Eric would both be all over me for being homophobic
Maybe, MM, because if KingSpeed or I said these men were gay we'd be making a statement of fact. If you said "they are so gay" it would be an insult? Apology accepted, maxie, we have all posted without thinking at times.
So, because KS made the OP as a fact, even though it may not be true, it's okay because he's gay (even though there is a very real possibility he is incorrect)? I wonder how Luke Walton and/or Richard Jefferson would feel about that, whatever their preferences ultimately are (and regardless of the rumors that have surrounded RJ for some time). Makes so much sense.
If it is true, then KS is okay because he was right, and it was factual. If it is false, and RJ and/or Luke Walton is upset, then that means RJ and/or Luke Walton are homophobic. If it is false, but RJ and/or Luke Walton are cool with it, then there is no problem.
And if MM was to suggest it, and it was true, he'd be a homophobe. And if MM was to suggest it, and it was not true, he deserves lifetime banishment from this board, if not all of Planet Earth. I figured we were close to being on the same page.
True. But any one person can say something. You don't really think much about an opinion until multiple people put it out there.
