You'd think that Rose and two folding chairs would be a lot better than 21. Our front court of Deng, Boozer, Noah, and Taj has to be highly ranked though.
I often think that ESPN writes half of it's commentary articles to troll various fan bases and these rankings seem pretty much in line with that, with the panning of Chicago, DC and Brooklyn. I don't really have any issue with ranking the Bulls 21st because, well, who the hell knows how Rose will come back. They should be incomplete, but if you're going to rank them, I don't have any issue with people ranking them wherever they feel like it. As to the rest of the list, I don't see how the hell Washington is 14th. They'd be my odds on favorite if I didn't include Chicago. They're really the only team on the list with legitimate stars at both positions, unless you think Joe Johnson is still a star, or Jimmy Butler will be one this upcoming season.
