With a makeshift lineup of rookies and call-ups, the New York Mets pulled off a ninth-inning rally that no one saw coming.

Josh Satin hit a two-run single to cap a four-run outburst that sent New York past the San Francisco Giants 5-4 on Wednesday night, moments after Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada broke his right leg.
