Very classy ceremony honoring Mo, packed stadium, all the Yankee Greats around, I saw Mickey, Whitey, and Yogi go, this one was tough.

As sad as it was to watch Mattingly go out when the Yankees lost that heartbreaking playoff series to the Mariners in 95 - all I thought about watching Mo's ceremony today was how he burst on to the scene that series, and introduced himself to MLB.

One Yankee great went out, but another Yankee great was born.

It really was very nicely done but I was waiting for someone to roll out a car. I also liked the ovation the fans gave Andy when he came out.

That game two was the bopper, I remember driving back home from work following it on the radio. Got home in time to get the GW bomb on TV. Belcher was one Pi@@ed off dude when that game ended. Yep, we all wanted it for the team but for Donnie Baseball as well.

I think he'll be back someday pitching to Posada during an old timers game.
