It has been a really tough season but the last memories of Rivera and Pettitte were very nice to see. A proper ending would be Mo getting a chance to save the game today.

Mo said last night his season and career are over Messiah. Forearm and sounds like his knee are bothering him and it just seems like things should end with Thursday night as he said he left it all on the field that night. I'd love to see him pitch one last time on the one hand but nothing that could happen in Houston could improve upon Thursday and ultimately could end on a bad note should he struggle if he isn't physically up to it. Thursday night was poetry and that is the way things should end for Mariano.

I'd like to see him get that opportunity to play CF though...

Per the ESPN article Mo "ain't gonna do nothing" but he has earned it. Lets hope in the future we may see him come back during Spring Training to give a few tips to the staff.

What a finish with a flourish.
    Boston 0-3
    Tpronto 1-2
    Tamapa 0-3
    San Fran 2-1
Houston 2-0 and struggling today, if I see Cashman still as GM I'm going to be Pi@@ed.
