I gotta say CB4 as well. Close debate, but to me, CelticBalla lost it when he kept getting pissed about CB4's stats.

BigMo: In CB32's debate, I thought it was a very poor one from both sides. Both just kept countering points by saying things like "well, you're choice did good, but mine did just as good" rather than giving reasons as to why that supports their stance, etc. I really didn't want to pick a winner in this debate, because I thought it was a horrible debate for a brilliant topic, but I'm going with CB32 despite the fact that I disagree that Malone was the greatest PF of all time. Eliiite: This was an extremely close decision and I read it over twice to look at the whole picture and filter out any bias. I may agree with TimmyD being the best, but CB32 brought out a solid case. I can see now that agreeing with the opponent can hurt you and that mightve been the deciding thing if anything.Melo061: Probably the worst debate I've seen. Both guys missed out on a ton of information especially CB who could've easily won if he used better information. Even though you might not think of it as a big deal CB4 , in a debate, your opponent should NEVER get you to agree with him, you did on a couple of occasions, and that is why I think CelticsBalla is the winner of this debate.His Greatness: I just felt he had a better debate REGARDLESS of "statistic" using or whatnot, the internet is there for a reason and Nobody has a whole list of writedowns in their bank - just plain knowledge in a debate involving two different decaded players - going absolutely nowhere. CB4 had more content, more indepth, better debate. BALLAHOLIC: Didn't want me to tell which side he voted, but you can figure it out...Nitro1118: CB4 here. He had a better opening statement, and countered CB32 with some great facts. CB32's biggest disadvantage was his arguing that using facts is not the way to go. I felt CB4 had enough opinion behind the facts to make it a good, all around debate, and not to complain about that. I also feel CB32 should have followed up more on him being the better scorer and why that is, and not trying to say, "Well, Tim Duncan may be a better rebounder, but Malone is good too." All that does is show the other person is right and that player is the better rebounder. ---------------------------------------------I just want to say thanks a ton to both of you guys, both of you provided good debates. I now request that neither of you try to argue or counter the judges perspectives, as it is their opinions and they made their judgements off of what you guys put forth. If you felt you put up the better debate, great, then use that as motivation for other debates, but to keep the peace and to end this debate please do not try and argue with the judges.

I deleted my first post, Since it's officially over here it is.Man, I would have loved to be in this. So many missed points from each side. I dont have time to debate so if you reply back dont expect a comeback :shok: Now your just using stats, You cant judge David Robinsons game on stats that season because Robinson sacraficed his own ability and scoring by playing in the high post allowing Duncan to play where he does best which is down low. His numbers dropped to benefit Duncans game. Yes, MJ stopped then plenty of times, But what about in 1994 and 1995 when they got there ass handed to them by Houston? Jordan wasn't on the Rockets so thats no excuse. Kevin Mchale anyone? He only had Tony Parker? He had Stephen Jackson, Malik Rose, Speedy Claxton, David Robinson was still effective, Manu Ginobili, And Bruce Bowen. I agree 100% CB4, Malone got so many points from he and Stocktons pick and roll.
