Who do you think is the better player??2005-06 Stats:C. BoshPG 22.5 RPG 9.20 APG 2.6 EFF + 24.67 K.GarnettPG 21.8 RPG 12.70 APG 4.1 EFF + 30.30 I think Garnett has more of a rebounding game, but Bosh is more of a scoring threat.
how is it stupid?? IMO Bosh in the future will grow to be a better player than K.Garnet, as for now hes putting up pretty impressive numbers close to what garnett has been putting up.
Not a great comparison, but isn't the worse neither. Both KG and Chris Bosh are tall, thin and dominant Forwards. However, as of right now and maybe forever, I'm going with KG. No man in the PF spot is f*cking with KG, you know? Tim Duncan is close, but no cigar!
Wow dude were you high when you made this thread? Tell me this is a total joke. Do you know anything about basketball?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (AliG @ Sep 24 2006, 03:23 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Wow I never knew Bosh had a higher PPG than KG. Closer comparison than I thought. I would pick Bosh because he has developped quicker than KG did when they 1st came in the NBA.</div> :HAHAHA: :HAHAHA: Dude I am cracking up so hard right now. Are you kidding me. numbers don't mean anything lol. Wow his ppg were higher. KG is incredibly more athletic, way more versatile, better rebounder, better shotblocker, better passer, better defender, etc. KG is better at just about everything. Also KG came out of HS unlike Bosh. Players who come out of college normally develop faster. That doesn't mean anything.

I knew I was going to get replies like this. But you guys forgot KG has had time to develop in this league, lets take a look at KG's stats around 3 years into his career:<u>KG:</u>PPG: 18.5RPG: 9.6APG: 4.2BPG: 1.83('97-'98)<u>vs. Bosh</u>PPG: 22.5RPG: 9.2APG: 2.6BPG: 1.13('05-'06)now make your choice.
what? so more rebounds, more assists, more blocks and 4 less points, and it's supposed to change our decision? oh please.
Make your decision as if they were at the same points in their careers, who made more impact as a player??more close comparison dont ya think.
No, it's not. This is about the here and now, not what they did in their 3rd years. And even if you look at their 3rd years, I believe KG took his team to playoffs that year, and stats were better. Bosh was on a team that drafted #1 this year, so it isn't even a contest.

KG came out of HS andd Chris Bosh got more experience in college. Players out of HS almost always take longer to develop into their full potential unlike people that go to college. Plus numbers don't mean anything. Chris Bosh is no where near as athletic as KG. KG is the full package. Monster rebounder and shot blocker, great passer for his size, versatile, athletic beast, great on defense. Bosh doesn't even apply to half of those. You are just an idiot and know nothing about basketball. KG has also actually made the playoffs including the WCF. Bosh hasn't even gotten a taste of team success yet.

I don't care about either player. I probably like Bosh better. BTW I am looking at the facts and you aren't. Your just looking at stats. Stats mean nothing. KG is the most versatile big man we have seen in a long time. Were talking about a guy that does almost everything well. I'm sorry but Bosh just doesn't have the potential KG had. BTW if your going by three years in their careers that's a mislead. KG was two years younger than Bosh in his third year in the league.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (RaptorFan#1 @ Sep 24 2006, 04:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>If we compare guys like LBJ and Kobe to Jordan in his prime how does age make a differance??</div>Because it's rare that a player is producing like an all star at the age of 20 coming straight out of HS like KG. Bosh has college experience and age. Plus only his rebounds are better. I guarantee almost every other stat KG was better in.
