Detroit Lions tight end Tony Scheffler, who suffered his third concussion in four seasons last weekend, will not play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Lions coach Jim Schwartz said Scheffler, who didn't practice all week, wasn't even at the team's facility Friday.
