I think they're naming DZ the enforcer for now.

Would we really be a better team if we had John Scott right now? There are only a few true enforcers left and if the team you're facing doesnt have one they usually end up scratched anyway. Needing toughness is an issue, needing an enforcer is not.

Actually yes it is an issue.

A guy like Stuart shouldered Nash in the head and the response is when BB went and threw a few noggies
    in his face.

Teams like the Flyers, Bruins, Maple Leafs, etc will dominate physical play.

The success of the 2011-2012 team because the team had toughness, matched physical play, led the league in fights.

Yes there are things more major that this teams needs more than a tough guy. But it is a little ridiculous how this team can't handle big teams.

You're lost. You don't need an enforcer to pound a Stuart. He's not a fighter. Asham was more than capable of pummeling him. He chose not to. That's the problem and to me a good reason why Asham was just waived. He didn't do his job. If he wasn't going to beat the crap out of Stuart for that hit, then why the heck was he on the team? I'm sure AV and Sather asked that and then decided there was no reason for him to be here and cut his butt.

I think there will be a few more moves coming soon. Pyatt has done nothing and Delzero needs a change of scenery. Zuc is to small and needs to go.
