Well I'd say the Knicks are by far. They have talented players and had a great coach, but haven't done anything at all. They really looked good on paper. I'd also say the Nuggets. They have a great core of players around Melo, but they haven't made it to the 2nd round the whole time he's been here. Martin, Miller, Camby, and Melo should be able to get into the 2nd round against just about every team in the west except Dallas, Phoenix, and San Antonio. They just choke in the playoffs.

Carmelo Anthony has a great core around him? If you mean very overpaid injury prone bigmen and backcourt players that can't shoot then your right.

76ers for sure. They have a ton of talent in Webber, AI, Dalembert, Korver, Iggy, etc..They should have for sure made the playoffs last year. They underachieved alot imo.

As long as Iverson and Webber are there Rodney Carney and Andre Iguodala will not develope like they should.

Sam is a decent center. He is a body who can get blocks and rebounds. And Korver is just an excellent shooter. IDK, but I bet alot of people expected them to do better than they did. Especially since AI had a career year.

The guy has so much talent, it's too bad he's so damn stupid.

Korver is a POS.It's the Knicks. With a payroll as big as they have, they ought to be the Yankees of basketball.

BCB's comments on Samuel Dalembert are 100% correct. Yeah, he gets blocks, but he also gets like four goaltends per game, which is absolutely pathetic, not to mention the numerous times he gets into foul trouble. He just has a low basketball IQ.

Yeah dude Sam is overrated on defense. He gets a ridiculous amount of goaltends, he gets in foul trouble all the time, has no idea what he's doing on the court. Plus he has no offensive game other than AI finding him for an open dunk once in a while.

I agree with cb4. it's the sixers. well, actually it's the knicks, but that's a given. Philly has AI, arguably a top 5 player, Webber who is still playing very well, dalembert, who has been underachieving (that's the point of this whole thread), and Korver and Iggy. that should be a playoff team. but they aren't, bc of no defense.

I honestly don't think the Sixers are underachieving. All those players other than Iggy and Dalemburt are only good on offense and we had a good offensive team last season. We averaged 100 ppg this seaspn. We just have no defense. We just have too many pieces missing and horrible management.
