    Depends on how many people. 1 or 2 can definitely live in 300 sf. More than that - not easily.

    All you really need a house for if single is for sleeping and food prep. Would work fine.

    Sometimes I pine for the days when I lived in a studio (though it was significantly larger than 300sqft). And sometimes I just wanna sell my house and buy a van...
