Looks like AV is in love with Pyatt. I don't understand why he does not put Fast on any of the top lines.
Loves Pyatt. Top 6 role. Plays him on the PK (a big slow guy work well on the PK I guess). Only thing I can think of is he knows him from the past, so there is a comfort level I guess.
You cannot win games with Pyatt and MZA in your top 6. And Miller shouldn't be there yet either. And Hags is out 4 more games at least. Cally will miss 3 weeks at least. And Nash who knows. Doesn't look good.
That has to be one of the worst top 6s I've ever seen. But the funniest part is I STILL feel good about our next two games. After that, gonna need reinforcements for sure.
ha, yea. the Devils are a sad bunch this year, as well as Philly, but at least the Flyers have offensive talent which makes it puzzling they are as bad as they are.
Zipay's blog mentions that AV is going to Hartford tonight to see the Wolfpack game. Also mentions that he's heard good things from the Hartford coach about Kreider. Maybe we'll see him soon after all. Here's the quote . "Vigneault was to visit Hartford to watch the WolfPack Friday. He said coach Ken Gernander told him Kreider was 'using his tools and playing well. He’s going to continue to improve and at some point we’re going to need him and he’s going to be ready for us.' "
