New head coach. Doesn't have to have much experience because it doesn't seem to help. New coaching staff must be able to motivate players that are one or to steps away from jail time. New QB if you can hand the ball off and throw the ball more than three yards we will give you a look. New WRs must be able to catch the ball nuff said. This is getting so old. Lack of discipline is only the tip of the iceberg with this team. Year after year this team just stinks. Some witch doctor must have put a curse on this team. Apparently it makes them draft overrated, under-talented players like Quick and Pead and Bradford, among others. Apparently it makes us hire over-rated coaches who can't maintain discipline on their teams. Apparently it draws stupid fans like me who continue to root for this sorry franchise and delude myself into thinking that things will ever change.....If Dick Vermeil is still alive, please call him to come back because even if he's on his deathbed he'd make a better choice than the current *@#% we have.
