Lift 4 days a week. Run, swim or road bike 2-3 days a week. Just ended a streak of 3 straight weeks without a day off.
rarely. i get in cycles where I exercise for a while, then I have to travel or something else comes up....usually basketball season is bad because i hate missing blazer games.
Yeah, when I workout it's probably 3-5 times a week. Depending on the activity and what I'm doing. Often it'll be weights 4 days a week and basketball on 2 of the off days. Right now I'm not doing anything tough. Moving and starting a new job is difficult enough. I have a co-worker lined up to take a beating in tennis already though.
depends on my schedule (if i have a basketball class or something). now that it's nearly summertime I have started going everyday. Usually I go 5 minutes on the bike to get loose, then I lift weights and do abs. Then I run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes.
5 days, sometimes 6 if I feel like working the legs twice that week. Play basketball twice a week for cardio.
Five days a week, usually. For lifting ... Three days a week I do upper body, alternating muscle groups (chest/biceps one day, back/triceps one day, shoulders one day ... I mix it up when I start to plateau). One day I do legs. The remaining day I work the endurance/quick recover muscle groups pretty hard (abs, calves, forearms). For cardio ... start every workout with a quick five minute session to warm up. After my lift days (other than legs), I finish my workout with 20 minutes or so of cardio. Also do at least 60 reps of abs every day. -Pop
