Daily Herald - In 1995, as a high school freshman, Kirk Hinrich wrote a letter to himself which was to be opened 10 years later in 2005. ?It said he wanted to be a guard for the Chicago Bulls ,? Hinrich's father said. ?It was my dream,? said Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich on Saturday.realgm.com

That's great to hear. There's a site that lets you do that via e-mail. I wrote one last May, and I'm supposed to receive it this May 07.I dont remember the site, though.
That's unbelievable man, good for him. I think it's pretty amazing that he got to play for the team he wanted too, that's great. I love Hinrich, and I think he has a great chance at being a future All-Star (and I really hope he does). There is nothing I dislike about him: he works hard, he's a leader, he's humble, he never plays careless, he's a good shooter, good ballhandler, good passer, pretty solid rebounder for a guard, and he plays very good in-your-face defense. What is there not to like about him?
It's pretty cool that he wanted to be playing for the Bulls and his dream came true. He's a pretty good player and a person as well and I see him doing a lot of great things in the league.
Thats good for him he filled his dream. But wonder why he wanted to be gaurd for the Bulls instead of other teams. Maybe its because MJ was dominant that time
Maybe that letter will stick in his head, and he'll write a new letter to be opened in five or six years: Kirk Hinrich, NBA champion!! :happy0144:
