After missing his receivers throughout his first game as the Minnesota Vikings' starting quarterback Monday night, Josh Freeman will get another turn as the starter this week. Coach Leslie Frazier said Freeman will start Sunday night at home against the Green Bay Packers, making him the third Vikings quarterback to start at least two games this season. Freeman signed a one-year deal with the team Oct. 7, stepping into the starting quarterback role two weeks later, and his lack of experience with his receivers showed in a 23-7 road loss to the previously winless New York Giants.
