Hopefully his advisors are smart enough to tell him to lay up for another year and gain some valuable leadership ability that he'll definitely have to demonstrate "VOCALLLY" for the pros!

Tampa and Jacksonville do not. If I was Marcus I'd pass, wait a year and go to the Texans or Broncos after Peyton takes a nasty hit this year or next.
