Can anybody on this team find the net with any consistency?

More stupid MDZ comments. I love how people forget that Girardi and Staal have played far worse than MDZ. Staal is a freakin minus 11. He looks like a bumbling idiot out there. MDZ has been a minus in 3 out of 9 games this year. Staal and Girardi have been a minus in 7 out of 11 games this year. Just goes to show you the level of stupidity Rangers fans have gotten to with MDZ.

I agree because of what they have at Hartford and in the farm that it makes sense to move him. However, you are dumb if you don't think this guy has a ton of value around the league when you see the total crap teams are using on defense.

Kreider looks like the power forward stud we've been waiting for. Broke the ice last night and could provide a lot of that offense we've been missing. Love how he seems to be glued to the front of the net on almost any point shot from any side. Need kristo up here and would like to see a kreider, stepan kristo line and I don't care if they call it first or second line as long as they get 20 minutes a night. Depth at d down below should offset del z trade for a scoring forward. Still trying to figure if piatt has compromising pictures on av or rather. How the hell is this guy still here. Talbot is really growing on me.

I don't know how stupid these comments are dump. I haven't been looking at the statsheets, but rather at DZ when he is playing, and quite frankly, he looks like a little kid at the mall who cant find his mom, looking around with almost a panicked look to him. He actually does look like he is scared to me, and he has simply made a ton of mistakes this year. Looks totally lost. I know he is young, and all D-men go through slumps here and there, but he looks totally lost out there to me. Watching him play last night, I was actually thinking that we might even have a hard time moving him at this point, his play has been so timid and mistake-prone so far this season. I know you will strongly disagree with this, and say that we can get good value for him still, but I'm not so sure. I hope you are right though, as he has played terribly this year so far....

I have been writing for a year and a half about MDZ. The man fears being hit or giving out a hit. When he is on the ice and a scrum breaks out there is almost panic on his face. Until he takes the emotional step of initiating a scrum or sticking up for a teammate he will continue to be a liability. He does play scared and it has severely curtailed his development. It's a shame because he could have a solid career if he can take this step.

The facts are simple. Girardi and Staal have played a lot worse than MDZ this year. It can't be argued. Yet, Rangers fans continue to suck them off compared to Girardi. It's moronic.
