Who is gone? I think Powell, Hunter, Marshall and Edwards will be cut. Ofcourse this is barring a trade that requires fillers. Say Stephen Jackson and Rawle Marshall for Joe Smith's expring contract. But that aside I think all those players are dead weight. What's your take?
My guess is Marshall, Powe, and Hunter.Orien Greene will make the team, but likely spend most of the year in the NBDL.

Who is this Baston guy I never heard of him. I think Edwards and Hunter will get cut for sure and maybe Powell. Marshall played really good with Dallas last year and with time he could probaly be a nice player for Indiana off the bench or whatever. I hope I don't have Powell and Marshall mixed up, I know one of them played nice for Dallas at times but can't really remember which one, I didn't watch Dallas a lot last year.

Both are projects and could at some time become nice options off the bench for an NBA team. Marshall started some games late in the season when Griffin and Daniels were injured. Powell played some okay minutes behind Dirk the last half of the season when KVH was out. Both come into the game with a lot of energy. Powell is a power foward while Marshall is a 2/3. They have 4 ex-Maverick players in Daniels, Armstron, Powell, and Marshall.

Are you guys sure about Baston being cut. He signed a 2 year deal, sounds like a keeper, instead of those non guaranteed deals.
I really think Marshall will be staying on the roster. He is still d-league worthy and has had a pretty good preseason. Here's his numbers so far.Game 1-29MIN, 4/10FG, 3/4FT 2REB, 2AST, 2STL, 4BLK, 0TO, 10PTSGame 2-15MIN, 1/4FG, 0/0FT, 1REB, 1AST, 0STL, 0BLK, 0TO, 2PTSGame 3-24MIN, 4/5FG, 9/10FT, 1REB, 0AST, 1STL, 1BLK, 2TO,17PTSGames 2 and 3 he started as well. He looks quite well in my opinion. I think they will all probably be down there at least once during the season. Note-I'm switching from my 1st judgement on the case. I think Green will be cut instead of Baston.
