I guess this information regarding this failed drug test in 2006 was not made available to the Yankees? Makes giving him $275M in 2007 that much more irresponsible. That Hank is really one dumb SOB...

Why is this type of information allowed to be leaked and will we see the test results for the rest of the league? I'm sorry but it seems that all rules are off with how the MLB has treated Arod for some time now, including the leaking of his name on the original failed list. It's not right and as easy it is to hate Arod it should be just as easy to see that this is a witch hunt. MLB continues to put egg on its own face.

When Selig appointed "independent Red Sox board member" George Mitchell to investigate PEDs use in MLB - Mitchell predictably went after the Yankees and chose to bury and hide all Red Sox player transgressions.

As such, Mitchell has controlled the narrative through Selig this entire time, so questioning Big Papi and other guys wearing the 'B' ain't gonna happen. Notice how it was only OK to trash and bash Manny AFTER he had burned his bridges in the Red Sox, as some sort of kick-out-the-door ala Francona, Epstein, etc.?

MLB will benefit greatly from a real commissioner one day - not one that has his mouth permanently plastered to George Mitchell's scrotum.

I wonder what Jared Remey knows about steroids in the clubhouse, Remey lifted weights, bragged about steroid use, his dad got him a job on the Fenway Security Force then the team released him. Wonder how much he may have been paid to keep his lip zipped.

How Gabe Kapler slipped through the PED cracks is beyond me? When a guy is juicing in front of everyone between pitches in the batter's box during an AB - and the Mitchell Report does not cite it - yea, real "independent".
