This is completely unfair and unfounded but he has the look of a somebody who does nothing but beat his wife and kids and guzzle Bush Light.
Hmm, not sure about it being that simple. Incognito is a known asshole, got kicked out of Nebraska and Oregon, and called Martin the "n-word" in at least one message that is known about already. The idea of a team is for it to be a cohesive unit, and chemistry matters in both the NFL and NBA. In MLB, not so much, because it's really just an individual game played offensively by people wearing a similar uniform. Without knowing what happened, yet knowing Incognito's history, I think Martin finally decided that the aggravation of dealing with a mental midget wasn't worth a paycheck for a week or two. Incognito would be fired for harassing a fellow employee in the real world, and leaving them hateful messages on their personal phone. Why shouldn't that apply to the NFL?
