Your location is ISP dependant. Whenever I'm in Oregon on my account its blocks me out.

next year i might just go with the online shit, I'll "demo" it this year....just so I can cancel my direct TV. paying like a grand a year for bullshit TV

Gonna have to agree with HCP here. I used to get League Pass every year when I lived in Arizona. I paid the money to watch the Blazers, and shit, if I had to pay the $180 and all I got was Blazer games I still would have done it. But once you get the pass it's fucking awesome being able to watch any game you want. $60 more over the course of the season is definitely worth it in my book.

BTW, as I'm typing this Avery Johnson just named us as a sleeper in the West!

It's just that in late March there always some huge playoff type games that aren't in TNT..... How could you guys not want to watch that?

The playoffs are so ridiculously long I don't need any more "playoff like" games. I usually only watch elimination games anyways. Plus, March Madness.

I think my 5 are going to be:

    1. POR
    2. ORL (now the neighborhood team and the employer of Victor Oladipo--playing some PG?!?!)
    3. GSW (no explanation)
    4. NOP (interested in some of the Davis hype, and that Eric Gordon might be available)
    5. tossup between the Wizards, Cavs and MIN (interested to see if Rubio makes the leap, especially with Love back). Heck, maybe HOU also. But I figure that HOU, OKC, NJN will all get some major national love, and I can't watch 10 games a week anymore anyway.

    I wouldn't pick the Heat or L*kers if I got 28 picks.

This is an interesting topic! Like I said, I would never buy 5 teams, I'd just get the whole pass. But I find it fascinating that no one seems to be picking Miami! I know a lot of you guys hate the Heat, but if you're a basketball fan why wouldn't you want to watch the best player on the planet? For me it'd be Blazers, Heat, Thunder, Bulls, Clippers.

Nationally televised games are blacked-out on League Pass so you run the risk of missing a lot of games with high profile teams.

I guess if you have cable you'd be able to watch those games anyway.

Didn't LP let you view the first 2 weeks free the last couple seasons? Are they doing that promo this year?

Godamn this is tough. Obviously picked W's and don't feel the need for any other pacific division teams. I'm thinking one of Hou/Dallas/San Antonio, one of Indy/Chicago. Maybe Portland since I frequent this board and I almost never get to see Lillard play. Pelicans up there too and also Orlando or Cleveland.

The Blazers are only easy to watch if you have Comcast or Charter.

    Enjoyed full LP until today.

Went with my first 4 and CLE. My investment resting on Kyrie's health.

If I want to upgrade to full LP, will I just have to pay the extra $60 or is it full price?

The only way I'm getting LP is if I can watch all the Blazers games. Then I will get a 5 team package.
