OK, anybody want to predict the outcome of this laugher? Anybody that predicts a Rams win and turns out to be right----you get the "Psychic" title added to your name. Of course if you're wrong you have to send us some of what you've been smoking My prediction; Rams 38 - 14pts for dropped passes, -7 points for penalties, -10 points for asinine playcalling and inept QB play= Rams 7. Now for the Colts....7 + 10 points for Rams missed tackles, + 10 points for Rams failed gambles, +10 points for 2nd opportunities because of Rams penalties = Colts 37 Rams 7.
Have to disagree with you Ozark. I see a hail of horse (Colt) manure raining down on the Rams in this one and drowning them out before the 1st half. Rams fans will probably wish the game could be called for weather at that point.
OK, how many of us saw this coming? If you did, you're a far better judge of football talent than I am. I was expecting a blowout, and that's exactly what we got. Except I thought it would be the other way around. Hats off to the Rams. If I didn't know any better I'd think that Shottenheimer and Walton each had a frontal lobotomy before the game....highly uncharacteristic of the Rams to play like this. Lets just hope they don't forget how to do this before the next game in two weeks.
I believe the running game has brought the o-line together. The defense played great. Our QB knows the offense and is pretty mobile that helps. He still cant throw very far. Having said that where has this team been all year? Were the colts looking past the Rams? If so that doesn't take away from the win. Lets put a series of wins together and see.
Tavon Austin, Rams stun Colts in 30-point blowout Once Tavon Austin broke free, the Indianapolis Colts couldn't even slow down the rookie, much less catch him. Austin, the first-round draft pick with uncanny speed and unlimited potential, scored on a 98-yard punt return and grabbed two long TD passes Sunday as the St. Louis Rams ended a three-game losing streak with a stunning 38-8 victory over the AFC South-leading Colts.
