    We shoot 3's but they are open 3's and the right players are taking them. I'll live with that. What I can't live with is the poor transition D.

    You don't take the 3s that come too easy. There's no rhythm and you end up forcing it, missing, and giving the other team a long rebound and you don't make them expend any energy on defense so they just attack the hell out of you on the other end. BE PATIENT AND WORK THESE GUYS.
