    Saw an interview with LaMarcus last week and he looked more open and comfortable with the media than I'd ever seen him, he looked happier, more relaxed, and more excited than I'd ever seen him, and he looked more mature, and I thought "in command" than I'd ever seen him. I know people 'want' Dame to be, but right now LaMarcus is the team leader. This is his team.

    I think part of it is that he's happy the Blazers now have a good forum to partner with.

    LaMarcus has changed this season and it shows in his demeanor. He's not sleepy eyed and mellow on the court like he seemed at times in the past. When he comes into the game in the 4th qtr and takes over, he actually scowls on the court. Furrowed brow and he's bringing it. I think losing for a couple of years has really finally pissed him off and a pissed of LA is to be feared on a basketball court. He's playing out of his mind and I'm taking notice. Damian gets the press and he's remarkable but this is LaMarcus team.

    I don't think LA has ever NOT brought it on the court. He is just surrounded with more talent than recent seasons.

    Agree with this but he's definetly looking more menacing and being a team captain, in the past I always thought Wes was the vocal leader, LaMarcus has taken the job from Wes this year.
