The thing thats most impressive to me isn't the shooting % from deep but just how hard we are working to get open looks. We aren't going Iso and chucking things up players are really working hard to make the extra pass. It really reminds me a lot of the Rockets in 09 when they beat us in the playoffs in a great part due to they're players abilities to make the extra pass to the open shooter.
You're mistaking my caution for pessimism. I understand that I'm pessimistic in some respects, but please don't paint rationality as pessimism. I really respect your posts, but you have to admit that there's validity to questioning whether our current pace can be maintained. Additionally, our current game plan has never proven to be effective when it comes to winning a championship. With that said, there can always be a first time for anything and nothing would please me more than to win a championship regardless of the style. I just take exception to you saying I need "a dose of positivity in [my] life" when I'm merely being pragmatic - not pessimistic as you imply.
I will say that I've noticed blue9 being less pessimistic lately. I used to think he was trolling, but it don't anymore, he just seems overly cautious with handing out praise. His views are often more dark than mine, but they are based in probative thought. I like his point of view, but wish he would allow a little more sunshine to sneak through the cracks.
He's fine as long as that Aldridge hate is out on check. Everything else he posts is damn good. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
