Pro Bowl safety Ed Reed said defensive coordinator Wade Phillips is the reason he was released by the Houston Texans last week. Reed spoke out after the Texans' Nov. 10 loss at Arizona, saying the team got "outplayed and outcoached." Two days later, Reed was waived by the Texans. He later reunited with Rex Ryan and signed with the New York Jets, who play at the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
