WOW! I digress. I'm busted. How trollish of me to be so incredulous to what is clearly a comprehensive understanding of both championship basketball and nuclear submarine operations. Thank you noknobs. On a side note, is that ponderguy in your picture?

NY had a much better record with Jeremy Lin than with Carmelo Anthony. Go ahead look it up.

Melo also would never resign here, so he would walk at the end of the season. Then the Blazers would be stuck with Barnani’s giant contract as all that is left from two quality starters and an all-star. This would be the worst trade of all time the Blazer have made and someone could argue a larger mistake than passing on Michael Jordan.

Please don't suggest he bases his opinion on fantasy basketball or video games, or he'll write you a nasty-gram. And yes, despite his continual efforts to prop up his straw man, we must accept that HIS definition of a straw man is "sarcasm toward an utterly ridiculous fantasy trade."

Who is Melo supposed to be playing team ball with? 3 ppg A'mare? Raymond Felton? JR Smith can fill it up when he's hot but he's one of the streakiest players alive. We've seen him win Golds with the Olympic teams and happily give the ball up and play team ball when he has good teammates. He made it to the WCF when he had Billups and a healthy Nene next to him. Give him good players to play with and he adapts. HE is doing it all in NY because that is what he is being forced to do.

He shared on the dream team because everyone was just as good or better than him. He bitched about getting the ball, then he rides the pine! Have you watched when melo went down in New York and linsanity had a great win streak? Then melo comes back and they suck again, forcing New York to not pick up linsanity.

Melo runs players out of town. The only reason why am are is still there is because of his untradable albatross contract.

And FYI, melo was pissed about JR Smith coming to New York. Why? Because he knew Smith hogs the ball just like him.

Regardless, our management isn't stupid enough to even entertain melo. They are getting quick a chuckle reading your campaign

You're fading. You're getting very sleepy. When I snap my fingers you will wake up and remove the goobers from your nose, wipe them on your Carmelo Anthony jersey, and begin cheering the Blazers' 10-2 record. (SNAP)

Yeah. He'd be good on the wolves along side Love. He'd be good for your team.

Lets get real Bob Whitsitt 2000 Blazers team was a fantasy team. That team was so stacked with players. Now that was a fun team to watch!

But it doesn't always work that way in the playoffs though. Playoff sports is live or die and you need your stars more than role players. Specially the way these NBA refs work.

They're excellent moving the ball, but Duncan and Parker can still murder their guys one on one. Ginobili used to be able to as well. They're also really good on defense when they need to be.

not interested in any player that is going to demand the ball and limit the production of the best power forward in the league.
players that complement please, not players that want to play to stop so they can jack a shot up.
