I don't see Payton, Zo, Cassell, or dikembe staying another year after this. A few more come to mind but I'll leave that up to you guys
Cassell said that he will play 2 more years. The guy can still play, so I believe his word on that.Zo, Kembe or Payton might retire however. I think Dikembe will retire for sure. He's getting way too old. Isnt he like 42 now? Another one might be Jalen Rose.
Webber will last probably another two years, and then disappear as a bench player for a good team for a year or two before calling it quits, in my opinion.
Here's a guy that I love, and miss in Boston: Eric Williams. He's definitely closing out his playing days.Vin BakerClifford RobinsonDerrick Martin (he should just give up lol, he's like 35 and he's never gotten PT)Darrell Armstrong
Derrick Martin was a pretty decent point guard in the mid 90's. He never had a break out season though as far as I know.

But he never really succeeded in the NBA. Like I said, he's at least 35 years old and he's never gotten a real taste of NBA minutes. I think it's time to hang up the phone soon.EDIT: I stand corrected, I just looked up his nba.com bio and it turns out he's had a few seasons averaging 20+ mpg, and a couple years he put up double figures in scoring. I never knew that, but I do know that in the past few years he hasn't really had a lick of playing time, I bet half of the people that post here didn't even know who he was.
Sure Derrick Martin hasnt really ever had significant minutes, but who cares, he is making really good money, so big ups to sittin the bench and gettin paid. :happy0144: I think that this is shaqs last year, also I think C webb will call it quits after this year.EDIT: Whoever doesn't know who derrick martin is should just leave, as in never come back to this site.
Darrick Martin was brought in in the middle of last season for the Raptors. He's basically just there to teach Jose. He can't do that much really. He does have pretty good shooting days sometimes though. I'm surprised that he chose to play again this coming season. He really can't do much now.
Darrick Martin is what he is, a smart pg whose usually brought in to help mentor young pgs. I remember when he was in Dallas. I believe he played a year or two when Nash was here, early in his career.
By last leg do you mean last year? Because if you mean it for what it really means, I'd say Jason Kidd. He's only got a few years left(or at least only a few good ones).I learned what a microfracture was today. It's like a bunch of cuts on the bone(or on the ligament, I don't remember) and it can't heal fast because blood cant get to it. So they make holes so blood can get to it and heal faster. But they brought back Amare WAY WAY WAY too early, and now he's ruined :'(

I dont understand how u guys are saying C- Webb when he had a pretty good season last year. His team didnt do well, but his personal stats were very good. He can still play the game. I think he will play a few more years. Maybe because of his injury problems....but thats the only reason.
^that's kind of the point of this topic (injuries), or atleast that's how I perceived it. I said cwebb as a joke, because he has horrible knees.
