This game is a game of opposites. Team ball vs selfish ISO. Blazers by 20+ even is Barton starts from suspensions.

Will Aldridge go for 30-20 or 40-30? It's really the only question.

I hope Aldridge isn't suspended. It's crazy that the Knicks are paying so badly. They've got some seriously good players. Scares me a bit.

    Opponents 3pt %

    1. Blazers 30.4%
    2. Boston 31.8%
    3. Phoenix 32.9%
    4. New York 33.1%

Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

Anthony usually seems to give the Blazers fits. Bargnani will take Lopez outside and could cause problems if he is hitting but Lopez should be able abuse him inside on the other end as well.

Other than that, this seems like a game Portland should roll but trap games can be problematic.

I'm not going to say anything about the game until I know the suspensions.

They announced Travis Outlaw was fined for yesterdays flagrant. Seems like they should announce any Blazer suspensions soon.

This is my take as well. I am a little leery about it. It is the first time this season that we are expected to really roll. My fear is that if it is a close game at the end, Melo will take over and get the calls down the stretch. Plus you never know when Smith will go off. The Blazers need to blow this one open. I know I said this about Brooklyn, but the Knicks are desperate, and desperate teams (with star players ) can be a problem.

I agree this has "trap game" written all over it. Blazers need to blow them out.

Previous teams I would be concerned, but this team is different, it feels different. This isn't just because the win streak either. These cats believe in each other and they've beaten teams in soooo many ways. A team was physical with them and they won, check! Teams tried out shooting them and they won, check! Teams tried making it a half court game and they won, check! The list goes on. Shit they are even winning games that are gimmies, which wasn't the case since early 2000. Maybe it's because batum, Aldridge and Matthews have played together for so long? I really don't know. It just seems this team is dead set to turn many heads!

Worst part about that Draco, is the guy traveled. But yeah, Amare is barely a blip anymore.

If it's a Melo parade to the foul line we could be in a dog fight. If we can limit him to his avg. 7 attempts, we should walk.

I haven't seen much of the Knicks, but is Amare really coming off the bench Kenyon Martin? Has he gone downhill that badly? Martin's no spring chicken himself.

Felton got scared after all the boos last year. He isn't playing tonight.
