Ya if he did, I just gained a whole lot more respect for Joel.

Yeah, I saw both things you mention. I guess I just don't care about in-game compassion between rivals. If LMA did it to Lee I'd want him to walk away and leave Lee on the floor, rather than stopping to help him up. ESPECIALLY in a heated game.
The high-five was pretty gross. I thought it was Draymond Green? Could have been high-fives all around though.

I'm thinking at this point we're in the clear [knock on wood]. The league wouldn't make an announcement to say that they aren't handing down any suspensions. Right?

Fallout from Warriors-Blazers scuffle Sat. night: I'm told Andrew Bogut, Mo Williams suspended 1 game; D. Green, Matthews, Aldridge fined.

Honestly, I'm okay with Mo getting a suspension. Despite the fact that he was being thrown around by bigger dudes and kept finding himself in the middle of enemy territory, he was doing an awful lot of swinging and flailing at people. Jermaine, especially considering his background, should also be suspended though.

Highly unlikely that Dave tweeted that. More likely it was Ben, and definitely with the Nolan Smith comments. Ben is an infant. It took listening to a pod cast he did with Pelton to realize he is a big dumb animal, giddily laughing like a goober who smoked his first doobie. Nolan Smith isn't on the team anymore, and for a guy who makes a living with copy and pasting other people's material, you'd think he could find something else to make light of.

Other comments that Golliver says and giggles about like a little school girl:

"Freeland can't play 5... he's too small... he's not long enough... (heavy sarcasm with goober laugh) signing Freeland was a stroke of genius by Olshey."

"Wes will be the next guy to go... [traded for a big] so you don't have to play Joel Freeland under any circumstances. (more goofy laughing)."

On Earl Watson with more goofy laughing, "I'm not gonna acknowledge he's on the team. I don't even want to watch that guy play. I think Earl Watson might even be Ronnie Price. I don't know how much he's gonna play which is good."

Responding that any of these slights or lame attempts at humor will get deleted from their site. Quantity over quality is their moto.

Anyway, I'm glad I found this forum. Lots of informed fans that are allowed to say what they think.

I think it hurts more than people think it does. Thankfully it's only one game, and not a back to back.

Oh I absolutely agree, one game suspension of Mo is a significant piece gone. He's our sixth man, and he is also a good alternate to Lillard when he's not on his game. Mo also brings some veteran savvy and leadership at times. But I think they'll pull through it today and escape without this being too big of an impact.

Yet, the Blazers were the ones who were more heavily punished.

There is the possibility that it could help us. Any chance of coming into the game over confident, or not completely focused....is gone. Sometimes being short handed for 1 game can energize a team. I am hoping that Earl will be pumped up to play, knowing he only has the one game to make an impression, he will really step it up.

Fortunate our suspension didn't effect is negatively enough for a loss. With that, it was a well warranted suspension to bring this team together
