<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) -- Emeka Okafor saw the shot bounce off the rim, a rebound well within reach of his long-armed 6-foot-10 frame. The next thing he saw was aging veteran Greg Ostertag jumping past him to corral the loose ball."I'm a young guy and he was towards the end of his career," Okafor said. "So I felt like, 'Hey, something's wrong here.'"It turned out to be just one of several frustrating moments for Okafor during his second season with the Charlotte Bobcats. Carrying nearly 20 pounds of muscle he added before last season had left him tired, and a twice-sprained ankle limited him to 26 games.</div>Click here for the entire article:http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/B/BKN...EMPLATE=DEFAULT
<span style="font-family:Book Antiqua">One thing is for certain, thoughwight Howard proved he is better than Okafor.</span>
Getting back on topic...He's the key to this team, his health determins how much they improve this season. People forget that he averaged 15/11 in a good rookie year, sure it was on a bad team but I don't think it matters, I really want him to do well this season.
I need to see the cats do better, okafor is just too good of a player for him to waste a great career on, very very underrated player.
There's no doubt he is making a comeback, he's been a great defensive force so far. He is blocking shots left and right, and he can still rebound the ball great. He prob. won't get alot better, but I can see him staying consistent with 16.5/12/3 in his prime..
