Watching Channing Frye kill us last night got me thinking. Last year I would've said Jarrett Jack, but he's not helping Cleveland much, is he?
    Nominations:
    Jarrett Jack
    Steve Blake
Travis Outlaw (actually playing quite well)
    Martell Webster
    Greg Oden (ho ho)
    Dante Cunningham
    Jeff Ayres (Pendergraph as was)
    Josh McRoberts
    Channing Frye
    Gerald Wallace
    Raymond Felton (ho ho)
    Jamal Crawford

Omer Asik doesn't count, because he never even played a minute for us. Your nomination? Any obvious ones I've missed?

None of them (in place of who we have).

Jermaine O'Neal because I think he could back up and help our young bigs. (Have to cut Claver I suppose.)

I think Craig "The Rhino" Smith would be good coming off the bench. Also think Martell Webster or Jarrett Jack would be assets but my favorite current player to return didn't get any love on the original post here..ANDRE MILLER!!!!

I can't believe I forgot him. Duh. However, I'm not sure Stotts would like his game, what with the lack of shooting.
I also forgot Eric Maynor, but that's a lot more excusable.

I actually wouldn't mind Gerald Wallace if Boston cut him and we could sign him for the minimum. I know he left under a cloud, but was that his fault or just the toxic atmosphere?

Again, duh (to me, for forgetting him). But I don't think that's really a possibility.

Patty Mills is another one I'd love back here.

Andre Miller hands down. I think a backcourt of him and Dame at times would be MUCH better than He and Mo.

Bayless even though he has sucked this year. Always loved his tenacity.

In reality, channing Frye. Great guy and can hit the three. I never understood why so many people Shit on him when we had him. He is a great backup

So would you play Channing ahead of TRob and Freeland? Aren't we soft enough? We have plenty of shooters. Granted, TRob does not seem ready for prime time. But he needs minutes to develop. Frye is definitely an upgrade over Claver, so yeah, better is better.

Wallace coming off the bench would be nice.

TRob yes, Freeland no. Were the Suns soft with Frye when they were kicking our asses last night?

Agreed. He's finally contributing in ways other than towel-waving, too!

I would trade Mo and Wright for the Professor and Martell right this microsecond.
