what team will improve most this season? and why?my first guess (biased wud b raptors :walkmanqc8: ) but I dont think they will.my real guess will be the Portland TrailblazersI think they aquired immense ammount of talent this year, and with a good draft I think they cud grab a playoff spot this season dont you think?
no lol they're building around Zach Randolphcant think of a team that had a great offseason..was a boring offseasonI say Chicago as a minor improvement..I mean they arent going to be the best team but they were 41-41 last year..and just got the 7th seed..where this year with the addition of Ben Wallace they probably will be better

They filled holes, got more depth, and Chris Paul a season more experienced. We could definetly see them in the playoffs this season.
Nobody had an overly amazing offseason in my opinion. If I had to pick it would be the Bulls adding Ben Wallace, PJ Brown and Tyrus Thomas.
Rockets are near the top of the list. I think that, realisticall, they could have a jump of 25 games (from 34 wins to 59). Some guy called Tim Potvak (not the first three letters of his last name) thinks the Rockets are going to win the title, but I think's that a bit confident.
Charlotte? They're young, but with the addition of Morrison they'll get some much needed scoring. I'm not saying they'll make the playoffs, but I don't think they'll finish last in the East.
Obviously the Bulls... Look what they upgraded this off-season. That was nuts. There SO... ready for a championship run
Bobcats? Their only key addition was Morrison, really. And he is a rookie, so it is hard to tell if he will actually give them 18 ppg next year. They will be at the bottom of the East along with the Knicks, and Hawks...
I'm telling you guys, the Raptors are going to be really improved as well as the Celtics. Now this might not reflect on thier records, but they will be more competitive and will be better overall as a team. Now the biggest record boost will probably go to Houton barring an injury to T-Mac.
The Bulls have improved big time, adding Wallace, PJ Brown, Khryapa, Thabo, and Tyrus Thomas will help them out a lot.
I know its Homerism here, but the Jazz are very much improved. they gave 1/5 of the team away to Golden State for Derek Fisher, they drafted Brewer, Milsap, and Brown, they re-signed Harpring and Collins, and they didn't re-sign Retarded Palacio.

A lot of people are picking the Jazz as a sleeper team. They finally have that future go to guy in Brewer and have a nice starting lineup. If only Boozer can stay healthy.
I'm gonna say the Bucks. Charlie V. is going to surprise people for sure and Bogut will continue to improve. They didn't make any dramatic moves, but the East is still pretty weak.Team that did the least this offseason? Sixers.....pathetic.
