Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) http://www.azcentral.com/sports/suns/articles/1005suns.html <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Amare Stoudemire?s comeback continued to hit roadblocks here today. Stoudemire did not practice because of lingering knee trouble, this time involving both knees. He said there was again stiffness in his right knee that now has begun to affect his left knee, which was surgically repaired through a microfracture procedure almost a year ago. Stoudemire feels he is overcompensating for the tenderness in the right knee and thus putting more strain on the left knee. ?I?m feeling a little pain and it starts from the point of the (right) kneecap,? Stoudemire said, ?and it?s still stiff. And it?s carrying over to the left.? The Suns have an exhibition game on Friday against an Italian pro team.</div> Not good. I really hope he's ok, but now if both of his knees are acting up again I am VERY concerned. I really hope he's ok. Do any of you Suns fans have any more info on this? Like, when is the next time he will play in practice (or in tomorrow night's game?).
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) I just didn't want to post it. Only good news goes here. :thumbdn1: He hasn't practiced twice in the last week, supposedly some stiffness. Our media sucks though, I don't really trust them too much with anything. We'll see what happens. As for the game, he might play. Some days he's stiff some days he isn't, who really knows...
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) Ugh, my hands are feeling stiff, I guess I can't post for the next few <strike>practices</strike> days.
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) That sucks. But I know what he feels like (kinda). With a sprained wrist healing, it is super stiff and gets sore if I move it too much.I really hope he gets better. Amare is one of my favorite players.
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) That sucks. Though the suns are in competition with the mavs I would like to see how the suns gel with their new lineup. Hopefully Amare gets back soon. Otherwise we might be looking back at how fun it was to watch the suns of 04-05.
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) wow.. according to yahoo... he may be out for 2-3 months this season. im pretty pissed because I love the guy to death (check whose under my fav players).. and hes on one of my fantasy teams.. OHHH MAN PLZ COME BACK AMARE

What a shame... He was so talented.
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) Dump that contract if he doesn't come back very good ,it's 72 million, get yourself a quality player who will actually play.I'm tired of watching him baby those knees he better get out there and do what he's paid over 10 million a year to do. I don't care if he's the face of the franchise dump him.
Re: Amare didn't practice (BOTH knees acting up) <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>But things may be turning around. Amare has looked strong and even explosive the last two days of practice and he says that he will play against the Sixers (and perhaps send a message across the league) here in Cologne Tuesday night (3 p.m. ET, ESPN 2).</div>nba.com is the source.
