Hey guys, I am new here, so I apologize in advance if this is poor forum decorum. My favorite player was traded to the ripcity this summer. Since then, I've kind of fallen in love with most of the team and the city in general. Living in Seattle means I can't get down there too often, so when I go I have to make it count. I made it to FanFest (completely awesome!!) and the first preseason Clippers game. (decidedly less so.) I have tickets for both games this upcoming weekend, December 6 - 7. My question is simple. Where should I be to possibly meet with the players to maybe get an autograph or say a quick hello? Is that possible at the Rose Garden (Not Moda center, I'm a new fan, not an idiot) or would it be better to try the practice facility? Thanks in advance!
After following the Hornets (Pelicans, whatever) last year, the Suns before that and Stanford in the (then) Pac-10, there's a very good chance of that happening!
Welcome to Rip City Two! Get used to being screwed by the refs, ignored by the national media, and having the local media blow any slight negative, completely out of proportion.
I have never done it, but some have said the parking garage. The team usually has a lot of meet and greets throughout the year and it how most people interact with the team. I would follow each player on twitter and hope that they are doing a charity event on Saturday.
Me too. Welcome. I'm not a good one to answer your question, I've never cared to meet them, which is funny since some of my best memories are meeting Duckworth, uncle Cliffy and Kersey back in the day. My suggestion is to tweet robin and ask him.
