Well, if people can say they think someone is the real deal after 1 game, why can't people say that they don't think that after 5? It only seems fair.
Wiggins with 6 points tonight against UTEP in game 6 on 2-9 shooting. 1-4 from the line. For the season, he's 15/5/1, shooting 53%, 31% from 3, and 67% FT. I just don't see the hype that has surrounded "the best prospect since LeBron". He looks skinny compared to other college players, and his handles aren't that great.
Marcus Smart was my favorite player last year and he is again this year by a long shot. There isn't a thing he can't do.
I like Smart's game a lot, too. A lot of James Harden in it, but Smart has better size. I hope he measures as a true SG, though.
I don't care how he measures STOMP, he's a ball player. Freak athleticism makes up for it. Guy can guard 1-3 and is stronger than any other guard on the court. Harden's much more herky-jerky, I don't think Smart will ever be the pure scorer Harden is.
Nbadraft.net updated their mock with Wiggins dropping to #3 and Embiid rising to #2. As the season goes along I think Embiid will be a strong candidate to go #1 overall.
Nolan's teammate looks like a possible future lotto pick. Near 7'0" 280 lbs at 19 y/o - physically he looks like a Marc Gasol type with feet just as nimble at that size. He has a little DMC in his post game. His 44 PER is ridiculous. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sx2IXpr5Wzk&desktop_uri=/watch?v=sx2IXpr5Wzk
Which team has the Knicks' pick in the upcoming draft? Also, who has Brooklyn's? Boston? Help. I want to know who is benefitting from all this losing in NY.
Denver will receive the Knicks pick and Boston will get Brooklyn's 1st rounder for every other year until 2018. Billy King, the worst GM in history.
Holy shiet lol. Michigan-Arizona game is great. First college bballgame I watched this year for more than 10 min. Stauskas is getting to the rim this year?! Gordon is really raw, I hope he stays another year. Still don't know what to make of McGeary as an NBA prospect. Great hands, handles and passes well for a big, but not a go to scorer and may struggle in the league. Not much hops but he does move well and hes gotta be a legit 250+right?
McAdoo is kind of beasting on Randle right now. Not bad for a guy who's dropped from about #5 on the boards to a 2nd-rounder EDIT: If you're not watching the UK/UNC game, it's a pretty good appetizer. But it's getting close to FT shooting contest time.
atlanta has the right to swap picks with nj this year (joe johnson trade), boston will get the scraps
