Where can I get such information? My town is Kentwood, Michigan."Due to the high number of apartment complexes in Kentwood, the city was derisively known as "Rentwood" in the 1980's"^ LMAO, I never knew that. We are referred to right now as "Kenthood" for our vast racial diversity.Notable AlumniMike Knuble, NHL hockey player Loy Vaught, NBA basketball player Those are the two notable alumni from East Kentwood, where I go to school.

our town was named 48th best place to live in america. basically only because of the low crime rates. the town is gayballs tho. all there is to do is go bowling and get high.mostly white, but a large minority of mexicans and a few blacks. founded by the germans. alot of antique stores and sh*t in town. the hang out is at quizno's (for my group anyways).

I live in a small town next to Denver. Roy Holliday went to a HS here, same with Eric Chavez. In the suburbs, nothing really special about it.

[IMG]Moreno Valley, California- It's one of the fastest growing cities in the nation.- There are more houses here than the amount of people who can actually afford them.- It's honestly a peaceful town, but some people attempt to be Crips and Bloods, which gets annoying... They harm people, but that's only once in a while.- Used to be a predominantly white town, but illegal immigrants had children, known as Mexicans, who polluted the area. Black people eventually moved out of Los Angeles and claimed a house or two here and there.- A girl was recently raped by her boy friend and two of his friends. The boys decided to burn her alive and then leave her body in an abandoned house. Then they lit the house on fire and left. The boys were caught about two weeks ago. The girl actually went to my school last year. I don't know who she is, but she was somewhat semi-popular, as in a lot of students knew her, but most did not like her.

Kingsville history:Kingsville was once known as the Wild Horse Desert. It was founded in 1904. The land was once part of the Rincon de Santa Gertrudis Spanish Land Grant which Captain Richard King purchased in 1853. He later founded the King Ranch which began as a cow camp on the Santa Gertrudis Creek. Mrs. Henrietta King donated land in the area for the townsite, many churches and the South Texas State Teachers College which later became Texas A&M University at Kingsville.Kingsville attractions:Kingsville grew up around the famous King Ranch. King Ranch is bigger than the state of Rhode Island! With 825,000 acres, the ranch is one of the largest in the world. Guided tours of the ranch are available. There is also a museum or two to check out. Soak up the friendly Texas atmosphere in the quaint shops of downtown Kingsville.LocationKingsville location: 40 miles southwest of Corpus Christi in southeast Texas.Population, 2003 estimate 25,270Persons of Hispanic or Latino origin, percent, 2000 67.1%Persons reporting two or more races, percent, 2000 3.3% (I'm part of this % lol)Black or African American persons, percent definition and source info Black or African American persons, percent, 2000 (a) 4.3% White persons, percent, 2000 (a) 71.1%

[IMG]Salt Lake City.Home of the mormons, but is about the only city in the state who doesn't always bow to their wishes.Home of the 2002 Winter Olympics.SLC itself has around 185,000 residents, the metropolitan city area has around 2 million. The City was invaded by the United States Army in 1859.Until the 1900s was among the largest western cities in the US, from 1861-1863 it was the largest city west of the Mississippi.(this is according to a plaque in downtown, my guess is San Fran probably had an Earthquake, thus killing some of its people)City had a tornado, I know people in the midwest will laugh at this, but for a mountainous area a tornado is a big thing.#1 in production of Methamphetimane.

Okay, I'll go with some awesome facts about my hometown. Ft Stockton, TX. Its a real small west Texas town. It has about 10,000 people. Its halfway between San Antonio and El Paso, TX on Interstate 10. It was founded back in the 1860's as a Fort. It was founded on the Comanche Springs, which uesed to be the 3rd biggest spring in Texas. Claims to have the Biggest Roadrunner ever. Pic below. People are always taking pics with this thing, I 've NEVER taken one though. Really sucks.[IMG]Stupid Road Runner[IMG][IMG]Pics of Downtown Ft. Stockton. Just a small West Texas town. Crazy about football just like all Texas towns are. There are probably some other things about it, But I just don't know what else.

[IMG]Dallas is the third-largest city in the state of Texas and the ninth-largest in the United States. The city covers almost 400 square miles and is the county seat of Dallas County. As of 2005, U.S. Census estimates put Dallas at a population of 1,213,825. The city is the main cultural and economic center of the 12-county Dallas?Fort Worth?Arlington metropolitan area, which has over 5.8 million people- the biggest inland city in the U.S.- the only reason Dallas is so big is because of the railroad. Originally, the Houston and Central TX RR was to build its tracks through Corsicana (another small TX town). City Council paid the RR $5,000 to build it through Dallas instead. A while later, the Texas and Pacific Railroad was to build a East West RR, but not through Dallas, so City Council got sneaky and devised a way to trick the Railroad. Dallas had a rider attached to a state law which required the railroad to build its tracks through Browder Springs?which turned out to be just south of Main Street. In 1873, the major north-south and east-west Texas railroad routes intersected in Dallas, thus ensuring its future as a commercial center.- home to the #1 high school in the Country, Talented & Gifted Magnet @ Townview. - home of the annual Texas - OU game, the Red River Rivalry- home to the State Fair of Texas, the largest fair in the United States- highest crime rate in the U.S. of cities over 1 million people :no1: - birthplace of 7-Eleven- President John F. Kennedy was assasinated in Dallas

Chandler is noted for its annual Ostrich Festival. Initially, agriculture was the primary business in Chandler, based on cotton, corn, and alfalfa. During the 1910s, there were ostrich farms in the area, catering to the demand for plumes used in women's hats of the era. This demand ebbed with the increasing popularity of the automobile, but the legacy of the ostrich farms would be commemorated by the Ostrich Festival.Famous people * Adam Archuleta - NFL player, currently with the Washington Redskins; attended Chandler High School * Alexa Bruening - actress, All My Children * T.J.
