First, LeaguePass looks like they read the forum and granted us two separate feeds for tonights game (mine shows it on LP6 and LP7), starting at 10pm EST. Next, it's awesome that our first real "statement game" nationally (i.e., leading off NBA Tonight and maybe even SportsCenter) is at home, and I hope the crowd--and the team, for that matter--shows up and represents Rip City. Third, this might be one of the best MNF games in a while. I know not everyone who's a Blazer fan is a Seahawk fan, and that some actively hate the Seahawks for being forced down your throat, but there is significant overlap. And that game starts at 8:30 EST. So, do you watch the first half and then switch no matter what? Do you punt the first half of the Blazers' game and watch what could be the NFC Championship game? Which one do you DVR? In my case, which one would I be more upset about being "spoiled"? As for me, I'm probably switching to the Blazers game in its entirety and DVR'ing the Seahawks' 2nd half, knowing it'll most likely be spoiled. What about the rest of the fans (whether 'Hawks or just football in general?)
ugh. I'm blacked out tonight in Indy on LPBB. If it didn't start at 10pm and wasn't on a work night, I'd hit up a bar. Seedy links for me tonight.
Grabbed a seat a few rows from the Blazer bench for this one. Hoping to see this matchup again in the championship.
I feel your pain. I had to sit and check the score last night on my cell phone. Even worse is that I get blacked out by two teams.
I'll be out at a happy hour today, so will likely watch the first half of the Seahawks there, and then watch Blazers from the start, flipping to NFL during commercials, sticking around if I'm catching a good drive.
Well if we don't want to be spoiled probably better to watch the Hawks live and DVR the Blazers. Blazers broadcast might mention a Seahawks win or loss but no chance in hell NFL football mentions anything about an NBA game with tiny Portland and tiny Indy.
It's MNF, so I'll watch up until the Blazers game starts. From there, it'll be mostly Blazers, but I'll flip for commercials. More importantly, though, is where I will be watching: that's on a giant projection screen.
Can no longer afford League Pass, sadly, this game was not worth nba tv or espn. So I will have to get periodic updates on NBA TV. Crap.
