I'm beyond delirious about this Blazer win, but I have to tip my hat to Paul George. I've been watching NBA basketball for over 40 years and that's the best shooting performance I've ever seen. Period. Matthews was all over him and he kept putting the ball in from all over the court. It looked automatic every time he shot the ball. The degree of difficulty didn't even matter. It was totally unreal.

Every time we think about this HUGE win, we'll also have to think about those unforgettable 43 points from Paul George. It makes this victory all the more special.

George just couldn't miss. He went into unconscious Melo/Durant mode.

He took the leap in the playoffs last year. I watched him and Melo go at it live in Game 6 in Indy last year and he went toe to toe with him.

Reminds me of when TMAC went off with like 30 seconds to go or something like that and pulled out the win.

K*be's 65 was like that. Defense (Wes?) draped all over him, and he was still pouring it in.

Matthews was playing spot on A+ defense and PG kept drilling 3s. Insane. That last one where Lillard blocked it and PG got it back and still hit it? Chills....

Like I said, let PG get his and hold the rest... and for the most part we did.

But That is the best performance I've seen in a very, very long time. Kid is legit. Even in the loss, he was the best player on the court, IMO.

Indiana is a great team and George is as good as any player in the game. Great to see two small market teams with the best records in the league and even better that we just beat the other one!

I'm a Paul George fan for sure. That man is impressive as hell to watch. It's actually kind of nice to have a superstar that I like so much. Of course I like my Blazers more, but damn if George isn't legit.

Also Nate, thanks for that vid, watched it ad it felt like yesterday. This game can be pretty amusing.

TMAC was amazing when he was healthy. George reminds me a little bit of McGrady.

When we turned over the ball after George just made a 3 then got another great look, how he missed that I don't even know. That would have put them down by 1 at that point and we could have easily lost had he made that. Great win for us and yes the Pacers got there star could be superstar. He is legit as fuck.

    His performance aside.

How do you think Granger would fit on this Blazer team and does Portland have anything they want besides the players they cant have?

Granger would not fit IMO. Plus we can't match his salary without giving up Batum probably.

No interest in that. But he maybe that third scorer/star that many think we need.
