Listen man, I completely agree that Vince is the better dunker, and I have established that I believe Vince is easily (yes, easily) the best dunker of all-time. But to say Gerald Green isn't creative or can't/doesn't do stuff other than high-jump/power dunks is crazy.
Once again, never said he wasn't creative, but in most games hasn't shown much outside of basic windmills/power. VC is the much more creative dunker in games, and while Green had a very nice showing in his HS dunk contest, we have never seen anything like VC's performance in 2000.

I know. The thing is that I never once said Gerald Green was a better dunker than Vince. All I was doing was proving/arguing that he was creative and could do that stuff. I know know.. NOT LIKE VINCE... but the way you made it sound at first was that Gerald can't do it. I had to argue the truth there. EDIT: Nice little debate we had going on there, huh? :happy0144:

G squared is not nearly as creative as VC, end of story.Yes, it was pleasent :beerchug:
I have to go with VC. I saw some GG dunks and they were pretty insane. But I need to see more to get my vote
I admit watching those videos made me like GG more but not more than vince .. but gg as a personnot person.. I mean plaeyr
For people who want to see most of VC's great dunks from 99-01, check out this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhkUXpONkrs...related&search=You can find a few NJ mixes too, lots of dunks many people haven't seen that he has done here in NJ.

Vince Carter is the GOAT in dunking. When he retires, people will remember him for the 2000 Dunk Contest, the 2000 Olympics (Fred Weis, too!), and his days in Toronto.
Even I admit, at first I couldn't choose who would be better, but Seeing some videos, I'd have to say VC for creativity, and Green for heinght, this dude is sick, and he only has 4 fingers. (Or was it julius hodge?)

(Or was it julius hodge?)</div> Well, Gerald has 4 and a half fingers on his right hand. And I really couldn't tell you how, because I've heard two different stories: on a nail and on a fan. Who knows? EDIT: I found the REAL story about Green's finger, coming from his dad: http://www.justbball.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39402 <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>"He had his mother's class ring on and he caught it on a nail," explained his father, Gerald Sr. Gerald was attempting to dunk on a Nerf-type hoop in his bedroom.</div> <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Anyway, Gerald Green wasn't given proper playing time to actually show insane highlights</div> True, Gerald didn't get a lot of playing time. But the amount of highlights he had while really only playing solid minutes in 25 games is SICK. You can't deny that.
